Upon purchasing such a company, the purchase-sale contract is signed simultaneously with the relevant application to the Commercial Registry for changing the Board of the company and also the business name and registered address of the company if you so wish. At the same time it is possible to leave the registered address of the company as is and to sign a contract for secretary service and address service with us.
