Accounting services
For small business is more eccective to use services of an experienced accounting firm than employ an accountant. The advantages of such a solution are:
Cost saving
The invoice submitted by a service provider is usually smaller than the wage and other costs of a relevant specialist would be in a company.
Smaller investment necessity
There will be no investments necessary for the establishment of a new workplace (office rooms, computer, accounting programme, etc.). There will be no need to make expenses on enhancing skills and updating a computer and a programme.
Higher service quality
The knowledge of the service provider are often more wider and modern than the post of an accountant of only one company would enable. The service provider can usually offer solutions also in case of problems outside the competency of an accountant (establishment of affiliated companies, taxation, etc.).
We offer two types of accounting services:
Continuous accounting
A contract for providing accounting services is concluded, where the amount and volume of the periodically rendered services and the amount of remuneration received for them shall be agreed upon. Remuneration will be paid on monthly basis independently from presentation of accounting documents. The amount of remuneration depends on the price of the services of the basic package of accounting and the additional services ordered by the Client. The services included in the basic package of accounting include: systematisation of documents, making account entries on the basis of documents, cash and bank accounting, sales and arrears accounting (ledger), accounting of taxes, a report of taxes payable (once a month) and 1 hour of consultation free of charge.
The price of the basic package of accounting can be calculated with the price calculator on the basis of the documents.
Preparation of certain reports or accounting of a certain period
It concerns mostly the preparation of certain reports together with the accounting of the previous period. The rendered services and the remuneration received for it shall be agreed upon.
